Today we submitted a response to the National Planning Policy Framework consultation to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities in our capacity as experts in the promotion and delivery of housing land with a 97-year history as a family-owned company.
The letter incorporates our general views on the consultation, and a commentary on the proposed changes to the NPPF. While Mac Mic Group supports the Government’s commitment to building more homes to increase home ownership, and welcomes some of the proposed changes, we have significant concerns regarding specific paragraphs in the NPPF.
