From large scale strategic land releases, to the delivery of an exceptionally high end, bespoke family home on the edge of the desirable town of Waterfoot, East Renfrewshire. 

This unique project is an architecturally and landscape led design interpretation of a modern steading development.  The single plot will sit on over an acre of land and the 5 bedroom home will be circa 4000 sq./ft. in size. The land has now been sold to a private individual and we wish them well in delivering their dream home.
